Ganesh
Sharma
Founder & Chairman
Biography
“I did not set out to build a holding company. I set out to solve problems I saw every day, and then to make sure the businesses that solved them would outlast my own involvement.”
Ganesh Sharma is an entrepreneur and community leader whose work spans Nepal and South Korea. In 2015 he founded SD Miracle Educational Consultancy in Kathmandu to guide Nepali students towards higher education in Korea, and over the following decade he built a group of related businesses around that corridor in admissions technology, digital services and media.
He is the Founder President of the Korean Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (KECAN) and Vice President of the Federation of Educational Consultancy Entrepreneurs Nepal (FECE-Nepal), and has worked with both bodies to raise professional standards across the sector.
Outside business, he is the Charter President of the Lions Club of Kathmandu Laughing Buddha and has served as a District Coordinator. He divides his time between Kathmandu and Seoul.

Governance
Checks that outlast any one person
A holding company built for decades needs decisions that don't depend on one individual. These bodies are how we hold ourselves to account.
Board of Directors
Sets the group's long-term direction, approves capital allocation above defined thresholds and oversees risk. Meets quarterly.
Investment Committee
Reviews every new investment and follow-on commitment against our criteria. No single person can approve a new holding.
Advisory Council
Senior voices from education, law and finance in Nepal and Korea who challenge our thinking and open doors for portfolio companies.
