01 — The House
We are a private investment house, not a fund. We put our own capital behind businesses we understand, sit beside the people who run them, and intend to own them for a very long time.
Our own capital
No outside investors and no fund life, so no pressure to sell at the wrong moment.
Two home markets
Offices in Kathmandu and Seoul give every holding a team on the ground in both.
Operators at heart
Every business in the group began as a problem we were solving ourselves.
02 — Portfolio
The companies we hold
A small group of businesses, each built or chosen because it fits what we know and how we work.

03 — Investment Sectors
Three core sectors, chosen from experience
We concentrate where a decade of operating gives us a real edge, and we study a few adjacent fields with patience.

Founder & Chairman
04 — From the Chairman
“I did not set out to build a holding company. I set out to solve problems I saw every day, and then to make sure the businesses that solved them would outlast my own involvement.”
05 — How We Invest
From first conversation to lasting stewardship
Our process is deliberate but not slow. Founders always know where they stand.
- 01
Introduction
Week 1
A first conversation with the founders, usually in person in Kathmandu or Seoul. We listen more than we present.
- 02
Understanding
Weeks 2–4
We visit operations, meet customers and review the numbers together. We share our honest view early, including when the answer is no.
- 03
Diligence
Weeks 4–8
Legal, financial and compliance review with independent advisers. We focus on the few questions that genuinely matter.
- 04
Partnership
Weeks 8–10
Terms are agreed in plain language. Board composition, reporting and decision rights are set out before money moves.
- 05
Building
Years 1–5
We work alongside management on hiring, systems, Korea market access and capital planning, and we show up when it is difficult.
- 06
Stewardship
Indefinite
We intend to hold. Where a partial sale serves the company, we plan it with founders years in advance.
